How to file a notice
Send an email to our Contact address with the subject line DMCA NOTICE. Include the exact URL on our site, a description of the copyrighted work, and your contact details.
Notices without proof of ownership, or sent anonymously, are refused. We need enough information to identify the material and the rights holder.
What happens next
We review every valid notice within three working days. Where the claim is clear, we take the material down first and ask questions afterward.
We will confirm the removal to you by email and keep a record of the action.
Counter notices
If you believe your content was removed in error, send a counter notice with your name, address and consent to the jurisdiction of a court.
Once a valid counter notice is received, we may restore the material after ten working days unless the original complainant files a court action.
